Plates By Payts

Hi there!

My name is Payton but you can call me Payts. I finished my Bachelor's degree in Food Science and now I am an accounting student at UBC who is always eating dessert. I started Plates By Payts after making sourdough doughnuts for the first time. They were the best doughnuts I've ever had and I want more people to fall in love with these sourdough doughnuts the same way I did.

At every pop-up, I offer 3 different seasonal flavours along with our classic cinnamon sugar. During midterm and finals season, you can find me at the library which means there won't be any doughnuts during these periods. I hope you can understand and are able to try my sourdough doughnuts soon!
